SPS corals of this genus are easily recognized by their polyps which are arranged in a row. Among the generally rather demanding SPS corals they belong to the easier to care for candidates. Seriatopora are therefore ideal for beginners in stony coral keeping.
Seriatopora caliendrum likes flow and light
Place Seriatopora corals in the upper half of your aquarium. Make sure that the corals are well lit and exposed to the flow. The direction and strength of the water current has a significant effect on the growth of Seriatopora. A turbulent and varied current is ideal for maintaining pretty symmetrical colonies.
