Nutrients play a major role when it comes to the health of your corals. Discoloration, tissue changes, algal growth - all of these can be signs, that the nutrients inside your tank are not balanced. But don't worry, we have solutions for this challenge.

Nutrient control in reef tanks - our tip:

Too high or too low nutrient values can be a sign, that there's something wrong within your system. Do you change the water regularly? Are there too many fish inside your tank? Do you feed your animals too much or maybe not enough? Are there enough nutrient consumers inside your tank, such as macroalgae and corals? Is the filter performance sufficient? All of these questions can help you figure out what's happening.
