Where to start when it comes to supplying your marine aquarium? - our tip:
Tanks with few inhabitants and low-maintenance corals don't always need more than regular water changes with high-quality sea salt. Calcium and carbonate supply becomes more important once the first stony corals live inside your reef tank. Trace elements are also relevant once your corals show good growth and/or you own many animals. Be careful with dosing trace elements and regularly check the concentrations with specific tests.
