Codium fragile or "green candlestick" is a type of green algae that is suitable for very small aquariums. It is extremely adaptable and can tolerate water temperatures of 15°C to 28°C. Codium fragile is a widespread type of algae that can be found on the coasts of Japan, Australia and South Africa. There it lives on rocky substrates. Our algae are exclusively bred.
