Favia sp. 'Fascination'

No coral frag is exactly the same as its siblings. Depending on the species, the frags can differ more or less in size, shape and color. This fact presents challenges when selling and purchasing via an online shop. Is the coral you order just as beautiful after unpacking as it appears in the photo?

If you don't want to take any risks here, then you are in good hands in the WYSIWYG (= What You See Is What You Get) collection. When you order a WYSIWYG coral, you will receive exactly the animal that is shown in the photo. Each WYSIWYG coral is therefore only available once. In this category, we also have the option of offering you corals that are "outside the norm", such as particularly strikingly colored, significantly larger or rare specimens from our facility.

Like many other retailers, we show you the WYSIWYG coral frags under 2 different light settings: (a) under daylight without a filter and (b) under a higher proportion of blue light with an orange filter (= filter shot). In the latter case, we deliberately choose not to use too much blue light in order to display the colors as naturally as possible and as they can be perceived with the human eye without filter glasses. Please note that there may still be deviations due to certain display and lighting settings and, not to forget, subjective perception.

In terms of size, you can use the light grid plate to help you: one square is 1.6 x 1.6 cm. Our frag plugs measure 2 or 3 cm in diameter.
