Pavona corals
Pavona corals form leaf-like twisted branches that are covered with a large number of polyps. Due to its appearance, the coral is also colloquially called potato chip coral. In this country it is mainly known as cactus coral.
For Pavona, light is more important than flow
Pavona corals hardly feed on plankton or food particles in the water, but almost exclusively indirectly via light. Therefore, place this coral in the upper half of your aquarium. Fasten it well to the reef structure and keep a safe distance from other corals, as Pavona can sting a lot. Apart from that, it is a grateful pet and even beginners can enjoy this animal.
