Pavona-Corals

Pavona corals develop leaf-like curved branches, grown over with many polyps. Their look is the reason they're also called "Potato Chip"-coral.

Light is more important than current

Pavona corals hardly feed on plankton or feed particles in the water and instead almost exclusively feed on light. Therefore, we recommend placing the coral in the upper half of your tank. Keep a safety distance from other corals to protect them from the nettling of the Pavona. Apart from that, the Pavona is easy to care for and a grateful coral for beginners.
